Machine Overview: This beveling machine can be fitted with various fixtures to process straight pipes and elbows with diameters from Φ800 mm to Φ1574 mm (32"–62"). The tool holder features an angular tool post suitable for medium-to-high-pressure pipes with wall thickness >14 mm. The angular tool holder is adjusted according to pipe diameter and driven by a differential mechanism for cutting.
The clamping system uses a platform structure with flexible clamping to expand processing range and reduce workpiece deformation. After finishing one end, the operator releases the rotary lock, manually rotates the worktable by 90°, re-clamps and realigns, then processes the other end—doubling productivity.
