Q12130 Beveling Machine

This machine is widely used in power plants, oil & gas, chemical, and shipbuilding industries for pipe fitting fabrication and pipeline installation. It is a key piece of equipment for preparing pipe ends before welding. Equipped with interchangeable fixtures, it can process straight pipes (φ100–φ1020 mm) and elbows (φ400–φ1050 mm). The tool holder features an angular tool post suitable for medium-to-high-pressure pipes with wall thickness >14 mm. A floating tool holder handles low-pressure pipes with wall thickness <16 mm and ovality ≤5 mm. The angular tool holder position is adjusted according to pipe diameter and driven by a differential mechanism for cutting. Workpiece alignment is achieved by horizontal movement of the power head and electric vertical adjustment of the fixture platform. All machine functions are centrally controlled via an operator panel for convenience and reliability.
